No. There is no limit to the tasks you can add to the backlog, however, we will work through them in the order they are prioritized.

How much work can be completed in one month?

We have setup an entire ELT and data warehouse schema, migrated BI solutions from one provider to another, or completed a propensity to purchase model all within a month for different clients. The amount of work we can get done depends on the complexity of requirements, rounds of revisions, and scale of the project.

What if I'm not happy with the outcomes?

We will continue to work on the deliverables until you are happy. We have 100% client satisfaction and take pride with the work we produce with our clients.

How fast will you turnaround the tasks I submit?

As soon as you sign up and submit your first task we will get started. After onboarding, you can expect to have the first task completed within 3 business days.

Can I meet the member of the data team assigned to me?

Our team is senior, english-speaking, and available. Once you start your trial you'll be matched with a member of our team and can start communicating in your dedicated Slack channel right away. For clients on our Partner or Leader plans you can schedule your first video call and begin the onboarding process.

Can you do AI/ML development as well?

We support clients with a range of advanced analytics (regression, classification, etc.) and machine learning model development. We've helped clients prototype generative AI solutions and with the right tools can take those solutions to production environments.

Do you charge a percent of ad spend?

No. We believe strongly that cost based pricing misaligns incentives. If your paid program grows in scale and complexity that you require more resources you can add more resources to your team by subscribing to an additional growth plan, or if you're really in need it might be time to hire internally!
